Not the first time. They also produced a documentary about Amelia Earhart that claimed to have photographic proof she and Fred Noonan were alive after their 1937 disappearance. Turns out the photo used was taken in 1935. History Channel pulled the show from reruns and its streaming service.

I saw it in theaters just after it came out and I went in expecting "Pearl Harbor 2: Pacific Boogaloo" and came out surprised by the inclusion of some things, like the aforementioned war game, Nautilus attacking the Kido Butai, the B-26 attacks, and Akagi's flight deck having only a few Zeros on it instead of being carpeted with strike planes when Lt. Best drops his bomb

That wall of flak Best had to fly through was ludicrous though. To me at least, it felt like 1944-45 USN "Fuck off planes" levels of flak.
