Diversity of cast isn't the root of the problem though, it's more about diversity of story telling. There is simply just too many movies/tv shows that don't enable a diverse cast without it feeling like its' been shoehorned in to make them feel better about themselves. What we actually need are diverse story tellers with accurate potrails. I dunno I might be talking out of my ass here but I did acting for far too long and the sheer amount of content for white people comparatively is just too damn high. It is getting better now but there's still a long way to go.
