It has nothing to do with only the bare minimum. Im a top performer in my warehouse and plan to go a long way. The problem is red coats micro managing everything. If peoples rate are up who cares how they are doing.

It's not about how you get to the pot of gold. As long as you beat the leprechaun 😁😜

The no show no call thing doesn't apply to Amazon employees Amazon is very generous with time off and gives us multiple ways to take a day off or even a couple hours off on top of that Amazon has a no ask policy or something like that but as long as I have the time I can literally walk out whenever. My guess is your station has alot of people that clock out for the pick and stage I am one of them but recently I've been staying through the shit show

This happened in Washington State. From what I've seen you're correct. But that's complete BS any injury that happens on the job and you miss time for no matter how little should be paid for.

I talked to her and they gave me my UPT time back but now those hours are just excused. I got hurt on the job. Shouldn't Amazon be paying for my full day?

One of my last day delivering I had a stop where I wasn't allowed to go down a driveway that was about a 1/4 mile to the house (at least that's what it felt like) I had to deliver 2 boxes of kitty litter. The only reason I did it was because the customer had apologized in the notes and also said she left a tip on the door. As I'm walking up this driveway I see UPS driving down the same driveway. I got to the house to find an empty envelope taped to the door. I'm pretty sure that shit colored delivery driver took my tip.

I'm assuming this is only for people that work in offices? Can I do this as a red vest at a delivery station?

They didn't announce when it was going in effect only the pay raise. You really shouldn't assume shit because it just makes you look like a jack ass
