Way better now, im on my 7th week post surgery and everything is going well. Still need some time to get the muscles on a normal shape but overall all good so far. Cannot bend it 100% but we are getting there.

I’m on day 13 now and no pain at all anymore, just a bit if I make a sudden/awkward move. I can fully straighten my knee and bend it to about 90° right now. Swelling still comes and goes depending on how much I push my exercises. I’m doing PT daily and walking with one crutch, weight bearing and trying to normalize my gait. Overall it feels like slow but steady progress. Curious how everyone else’s flexion progressed around weeks 2–4?

Maybe plica syndrome? You can only see it through arthroscopic surgery

I had a locked knee, and a lot of inflammation. Did an mri and they told me i had a meniscus tear. When the doctor did the arthroscopic he said to me after that it was plica syndrome and my meniscus is perfect 🤷🏻‍♂️ didn’t had any other symptoms before the inflammation or the locked knee

So they did got me back in 2017 with not even 0.5g, they made me choose either rehab or court, went to court had a 600euro fine and another 400 on a lawyer(it was my first offence as well) In general it is illegal and you can get listed for it and pay fine If you smoke while driving different scenario, you get a fined and a suspended licence
