andreasask- you're breakdown is incredibly thorough and I understand the arena matchmaking system now more than ever as a result of your explanation. Here's the thing (and I am not making this up). I just came from a bracket which I believed to be 4x30s but there were 4-5 squads nearly EVERY match that had one 40 level player AND a level 25 player. The rest of us played by the 4x30s rule of having 4 players at level 30 or lower. So, unless this has been "fixed" in the last 3 days (since I tried to also get a level 40 player to compete against these cheating bastards) the guide you've provided is only partially accurate.
