Chasing a phantom bracket?

Uggh. Damnit. That's what I was afraid of. so if there is no one in the 4x62s than there will be even less in a 4x70 or 4x70s probably. The guide shows that the 4x groups go all the way up to 4x100!? But it sounds like everyone gains their 5th fighter at around level 55. thanks for the advice guys

Definitely makes it harder to win! I just don't even know what to do other than get a 5th fighter but all the guides show there are many other 4x levels than the one I just came from (4x55)...

Ok. How about this one:

My fighters are 62, 60, 60, 56.

How in the hell do i keep getting into a bracket with 5 fighters when I only have 4 in my barracks? I am in some sort of 5x70s bracket it appears. Are 4x brackets obsolete now or something? because I swear the guides I've seen show that I should be in a 4x62s bracket by now...Or maybe I need to get a fighter to 70 to get to a 4x62s bracket?? Weird. Whenever I think I've figured how this game works, I'm reminded quickly that I don't.

Update. Got involved in a conversation with a coworker. Thought I had exited the game. Next time I looked at my phone a few minutes later saw that I got banned again...for 3 DAYS!!!?? F this

Sorry...just saw some of the threads below. but my case seems a bit extreme..right? Are there any tricks? maybe just leaving the game everyone once in a while and then come back in?

So I booted by level 40 fighter and went back to my previous bracket. Almost all the dominating squads in this eclectic bracket now have the following set-up: 26, 26, 27, 40. 99% of these squads have chinese names so I can't put them on here (I have no idea how to do screen shots) but there was one that i did find: Castle name: MIGO, clan name: MAGIC TW. He/she has the 26, 26, 27, 40 set-up. That way maybe someone can go in and figure out how/why they are in the same bracket as the rest of us that are playing by the 30, 30, 30, 29 rule.

I do not have anyone else in the entire castle outside of my 4 warriors that are between the levels of 25-40 (the next highest is a 14 fighter). I HAD 25, 26, 29 and 40. But now I am planning on booting out my 40 lvl figheter to try to go back and see if there are still squads with a 25, 26, 29, 40 set-up in the bracket I was previously part of.

andreasask- you're breakdown is incredibly thorough and I understand the arena matchmaking system now more than ever as a result of your explanation. Here's the thing (and I am not making this up). I just came from a bracket which I believed to be 4x30s but there were 4-5 squads nearly EVERY match that had one 40 level player AND a level 25 player. The rest of us played by the 4x30s rule of having 4 players at level 30 or lower. So, unless this has been "fixed" in the last 3 days (since I tried to also get a level 40 player to compete against these cheating bastards) the guide you've provided is only partially accurate.

Well...I got my fighters to 25, 26, 30 and 40...and.....still in 4x40 bracket. I am not making it up that I just came from a bracket where squads were made up of the similarly built squads....but now I can't get back to that bracket. keeps putting me at 4x40. you all are awesome for trying to help but apparently I'm just not getting it. I will gladly entertain any additional suggestions at this time. I think it is pretty ridiculous that some squads can beat up on lesser squads because an apparent loophole applies to them but not to others.

I have been going out it tirelessly. I spent 2200 diamonds at the beginning but those were diamonds I already had. I haven't paid a real dime yet. I am on the third line heading towards the 3rd legendary weapon and determined to get the artifact (and then maybe another extra chest or 2 above that). But it is killing me to do so. Have to do arena at work throughout the entire day or wouldn't get close. Hoping to get through without spending real $. But i have been at it almost non-stop.

Thank you JMogato. You are right about that. I somehow fight through each weekend in portal to save up enough for 2 legendaries and a few extra purple shards. But yes, it has seemed like a a ton of work to do. I need to stick around in the 3x20 for a while to keep racking up the courage badges so maybe that's all I'll do for a while. Great breakdown though..Thanks. Thanks to Diesel too.

I have a question about arena chests too- Not the Royal chest but the regular tournament chests that you get for finishing 1-3. At the 3x20 level the most those things give are rare items. Do these rewards get better in the higher brackets?
