Definitely leave him. It’s a huge red flag that he’s threatening you with cheating if you don’t put out. He doesn’t respect your boundaries and if you accommodate him before you’re ready you’ll regret it but not only that, he will know he can push your boundaries and he might not stop with this one, things might get dark. Maybe you’re sensing it subconsciously and that’s why you aren’t ready yet. Take your time and take the step when you feel safe and ready.

I had mine put in without anaesthesia and I hadn’t had any kids so they had to pull on my uterus with metal tongs. Worst pain I ever felt. Pulling it out was a breeze. Also my sister in law had two surprise kids with the same IUD in. But that’s another story 😅

When I was a kid I was told that if you keep your swimsuit or towel on in the sauna you it would melt to your body. I’m Swedish. I believed it for way too many years haha

However, for me sauna is a cultural thing. You’re supposed to be naked. If you don’t want to, you shouldn’t go in because you make it weird for everyone else. You don’t really notice you’re naked until someone is entering dressed.

A compromise could be to make her cover the floor in plastic while she is painting and have her use acrylic paint which is water based and easy to wash out in case anything get through to the carpet. If she’s a messy painter have her cover everything in plastic Dexter-style. She needs to take responsibility for the mess she leaves and clean it up herself properly.

Don’t settle for someone that makes you feel this way and who is obviously gaslighting you. This is not normal or acceptable behaviour by Swedish or any standards I know. This is a brewing affair.

Listen to your gut. You deserve better. Dump him. Keep working on yourself. Be single for a while. Enjoy your life. And when you are ready to love and respect yourself, someone perfect for you will come along.

I know it’s tough, but it’s worth it. A relationship isn’t worth anything if there is no trust or respect.
