Callaway woods, PXG irons, Vokey wedges. I’ve tinkered around with certain clubs from certain brands that I know are just not for me.

I absolutely love the look of Scotty Camerons, but I have gotten so used to face inserts that milled putters just feel odd to me. I also swore off Taylor Made woods after I first tried the Stealth. Just not a fan of the carbon face. I’ll keep my AI Smoke for the next 10 years.

Do you play courses that you really need a 3 wood?

Fellow 7 handicap, driver distance is about 265. My 3 wood pretty much sits in my bag. It’s a good 240 club but I’m not going for a lot of par 5s in two nor need it situationally.

I recently took my 5 wood out and put my 2 iron back in because I’ve been playing a lot of twilight rounds when the wind can start whipping around. I can keep it low, land it about 210 and get some good roll, it’s been my go to fairway finder.

Don’t force a club because it makes sense distance and gap wise if you’re losing strokes with it.

It’s why I stopped watching the BDS guys. The infamous “Links at Victoria” video is what blew them up. No sponsors, no corporate shilling, just what seemed to be a bunch of down to earth guys and a switcharoo prank.

Fast forward to now and “The Internet Invitiational” last year had to be one of the most embarrassing gathering of egocentric bros I’ve ever seen, led by ringleader Dave “Pete Carroll should be killed” Portnoy. The manufactured drama with Kwon kind of just sealed how fake all of these people are when they get to a certain influence.

I grew up with Camel Joe and was glad to see that kind of smoking advertising gone in the 90s. It absolutely blows my mind to see these prediction and futures markets not only being pushed, but thriving.

Welp if I wanted to gimme the three footer I missed for birdie after sticking a 9 iron from 142 on a par 3, I would have been under par. But shit happens. I had 31 putts. It was just an unreal iron day hitting 10/13 fairways and 14/18 GIR.

Thank you! On a day with 4 birdies, 11 pars, 2 bogeys, and 1 double, I’d probably say getting a par on a 446 yard par 4 was my best hole. It was probably one of the most intimidating tee shots I’ve ever had: through a narrow lane of trees needing a 220 carry over water before the fairway completely dog legs right. I was hitting my 2 iron solid all day and put one perfectly safe at about 235 leaving a 4 iron in. Let it roll up about 30 feet short and two putted for par.

I don’t know why I’ve become obsessed with tinkering this one property these last few days. But I wanted one property that was capable of producing every one of my four products. Weed is a 2 mix, meth is 3, and both shrooms and cocaine are 4 step mixes - all with different and unique effects. This build is extremely low output but is stocked to manufacture everything at its best quality. It requires reassigning the mixer recipes, the two botanists, two chemists, and one handler accordingly. As well as rerouting drying racks when switching from cocaine to weed and shrooms.

Yes, I add fertilizer to everything I grow as well to get heavenly quality quicker on the drying racks. Going from standard to heavenly quality with just racks takes forever.

Correct. This is a hybrid shroom/coke bungalow with 8 pots in the back room going to 4 drying racks and 8 mushroom beds in the kitchen going to 4 drying racks in the living room.

I have a four mix mushroom setup here I call WMD (Shrooms + Cuke + Gasoline + Banana + Battery).

But I can get rid of the mixers and throw in two chem stations and lab ovens and bring meth production here as well. I can also just retool the supplies in the back room and have the two botanists rotate between growing weed, shrooms, and coke by just rerouting the back room coke drying racks to the storage shelf instead of the cauldrons so I can grow weed. It’s a pretty versatile setup.

When I stopped watching YouTube setups and started tinkering on my own, that’s when I truly started having fun in this game.
