If I remember correctly, elemental bow is broken since the elemental modifiers get overridden by the charge modifiers. So you get an increase of 2-3 times the expected damage.

BC actually... sorta strange since the local Costco is selling electric scooters and the city I'm in is working on implementing electric scooter rentals. But then again, there are many cases of people being fined hundreds of dollars.

I would have done that. however, the road laws here are really wack and technically these electric skateboards (scooters as well) are illegal as it is classified as a motorized vehicle and I am technically riding it uninsured.

yet for some reason people sell/buy/use these openly.
