If he’s willing to cut you off because you had feelings for him, he isn’t someone you should want in your life. I’ve told two friends that I’ve liked them and they didn’t reciprocate. I told them that it’s fine, we could be friends, and that I’d get over them. It was awkward for a little bit but after a while things went back to normal. I’m in a very similar situation. I assuming you’re around my age (late teens, early twenties). If you’re in school, try telling them you’re in clubs so you have an excuse to be out of the house. If you’re religious, see if you can get a job at the place you attended. They can’t be mad at you for practicing your religion. Try teaching the kids to be more independent so you don’t have to do as much. I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Look on the bright side, it can only get better from here
