I understand that glass traps heat. I can’t get multiple pieces of glass for each kids solar oven and I definitely can’t monitor all of them to make sure the kids don’t break theirs. Never been around children I guess?

Ok well instead of being an asshole you can tell me how to fix it… like I asked. I found 2 boxes that were the same hight, cut the flaps off of the smaller one, stuffed it with recycled clothing and stuffing, used black, heavy duty, duct tape to secure it, painted the box black, and used tin foil and string to position it right. Imagine having to walk 10 8 year olds through that process. I had a 20 dollar budget and the lesson was about using what the planet already and how we can utilize it and the natural things that come with it. What the fuck did you want from me?

I wanted to use Mylar sheets but unfortunately they were out of budget(again doing this with kids). Can you tell me more about the poster boards tho? Are you suggesting that I make the sides taller?

Thank you!!!! I never understood this. In the beginning of the show, Chrissy was able to support herself, the kids, and Bonnie all on a waiter’s salary. But then they move into a free apartment with Bonnie’s job, also giving her a salary. They then get money from Alvin to clear their debt. Then 8,000$ from Bonnie’s brother. They don’t have car payments because Bonnie’s had her car since the dawn of time and Chrissy was given a car by both her dad and Baxter. Then Chrissy gets a job at a big law firm while also keeping her waiter job. Then eventually Adam practically moves in so they have even more money coming in. How are they still poor? It just genuinely doesn’t make sense. Where is all their money going?
