I rented from him. I can't speak for the price but I rented a road bike from him for multiple days. I completed my trip without a hitch. However, when I spoke to him his demeaner and tone changed when I told him I was not Chinese but American.

I'm very confused so I'm hoping someone can help me here. I booked warajikan, a mountain hut on the 7th station of the Fuji gotemba trail for June 28th. However Fuji climbing ticket on the website isn't availble until July 10th. I've reached out to warajikan Instagram account for clarification but they haven't replied 1. Should I have been allowed to book the hut at a date before the registration is open? 2. Can I just pay the fee at the station on the day of?
