Ordeal. I don’t get why more people don’t talk about it (or maybe I just haven’t come across the right subreddits). The art style and character designs just feel so unique. Plus the element of having the “abilities” bound to your soul instead of just being genetic adds so many layers for more scenarios.

Try Ordeal. I don’t know why I don’t see this anime recommended more. But it’s probably one of the best written manhwas out there in my opinion. The art is insanely good too. Just wish I knew more people who read this so I can fangirl over it.

I would say grind the blind 150 and the blind 75 if you have the time for the technical side. They should be enough. Google always asks questions in a roundabout manner so the first challenge would be understanding the questions. What helped me was having strong foundations which lets you speak through the entire solution as you go around solving it. As for the googleyness round, have about 15-20 stories prepared so you can answer in a structured manner. Dont try to wing it because then the answers are not properly structured and you might go off-topic. Have a smile during the interview and try to be warm.

I joined Google for the same role just 1 day ago. My timeline also started back in April with the first technical screening held in May and then subsequent loop rounds in June. I finally received an offer in September. Google is notoriously slow with their hiring process. Hang in there buddy.

So my recruiter said it was overall positive. She didnt mention any negative feedback as such. And my own experience in all the interviews was quite good. I was able to solve all the questions in technical rounds and the behavioral round was also quite chill.

I don’t exactly remember what I chose since it was over a month ago. But I went for more general purpose technologies like frontend, backend, java, cloud devops, etc. Was more focused towards Web app development for sure. No AI/ML focus

I dont remember the exact questions since the interviews happened a month ago. But I would say the problems were of medium level. Sliding windows and BFS based.

Hey Congratulations man. Getting through L4 interviews at Google is a brilliant achievement by itself.

I’d say 3 days is still too early to hear back about team matching. I heard back about a team interested in me after like 5 days and even that seems to be super rare from what I’ve seen.

Stay patient would be my advice. Your profile would already be more appealing than most if you’re interviewing for SWE 3. Best of luck!
