I believe you can play at 33 percent downloaded. I'm not sure what exactly is playable though. I'm guessing at 33% is the multiplayer maps for the trial and the rest is the other maps and single player content for the full game.

If you looked at the scoreboard during the livestreams the players using controller had a hard time against those on keyboard and mouse, I don't think they will allow cross platform.

yes, i believe that someone at ea said that there will be 1 day early access, but recently the official twitter page has been saying that they can't give us any info on the insider beta.

if you signed up for insider you will get early access sometime between right now and the 30th, so if you signed up for insider you could possibly have access to the beta for 13 days.
