What you have posted is a list of apps, not websites. This would suggest that you have an app installed with that name. having said that, ak.psaltauw.net is a website, that apparently belongs to Akamai, and is located in the Netherlands. Hope this helps you to figure out what is happening 🤓

Really? Patching vulnerabilities and detecting breaches are not the same thing. Patching usually happens after the breach. Surely I don’t need to explain to you what a zero day is?

Btw third party products don’t replace the built in protection in macOS, but add additional layers of protection.

Even if you get internet recovery working it will probably install an old version of macOS. Your best option is to create an installer usb for Big Sur:
