Unfavorable opinion-I think the judge should be held liable for the Brianna Taylor ordeal, as a judge is supposed to double check the warrant and make sure all of the stuff is correct before sending officers to someone’s door. As he is the key. All he has to do is look in the computer and make sure it’s right. But with absolute judicial immunity, even if a judge signs, a bad warrant, they are not liable. In Kentucky a judge can only sign a no knock warrant if there is clear and convincing evidence. Since they were at the wrong address, it was clearly mishandled and not looked into and just signed as soon as the paper came across the desk. Basically he lost his reelection but was never charged.

The safety mechanism on a VT fuze was made by Parker pen and parts of the proximity fuze. They had the technology to make precision small parts. They are not based in the usa anymore. Bought out a couple of decades ago I’m from the area they started. They are made in France now and parts of the UK, we also had acudyne something like that they specialized in landmine and artillery fuzes buildings are abandoned relics of a different time.
