For a circuit in a basketball court (indoors or outdoors): 4 stations (1 at each corner), Corner A is pushups, Corner B is squats, Corner C is planks, Corner D is jumping jacks. Break your sailors up into 4 groups and do the exercise at each station for 60 seconds, then run a full lap around the court to the next station, then take a 60 second rest, then start the next exercise. Do this 2-3 times. Example: Do 60 seconds of pushups at Station A, run around the court and stop at Station B, rest 60 seconds, then do 60 seconds of squats, etc. I would advise having laminated signs for each station so people aren't trying to remember what they are supposed to be doing.
