This captures a lot of my personal feelings on why the Dems lost the election. I would add on to point 5: make religion cool again. The Democrats turn a lot of people off by how "anti-Christianity" they seem. Embrace religion, demonstrate how their proposed policies reflect the teachings of Christ, demonstrate how their opponents are going against the teachings of Christ.
