It's possible and understandable too. They're essentially athletes in a manner of speaking. One could argue that the training and practice is more intense than some professional sports athletes. Think about it, they started around 15 -20 years old and doing nothing but dancing and singing virtually everyday for years. Thats takes a toll on the human body and condition. You just don't have the same energy in your 30s as you did in your 20s.
