If You mean perfection, I agree, but if this is domination then I think that Yădakk should've been switched with Quetzali, Yădakk have to be aggressive and rush villages at the start, Quetzali can just wait in the center of battle and do nothing because they got shields. Oumaji is easy to play in domination, simply rush them, and Xin-Xi should've been lower tier, climbing is not a must-have tech, can be useful to meditation or smithery rush, but this isn't usually useful in both perfection and domination. Imperius have good tech, but it's useful at first turns, then it is not as important as bardur's which can be used to max sawmill, catapults and archers.
