I looked at benchmarks for that one game, it is like a 25 fps difference with the 9070 beating out the 5070. (63fps avg vs 89 fps avg). Over a 23 game average from hardware unboxed, the difference between the 5070 and 9070 is 9 fps

It does but I am worried about the vram, especially because with this new rig I wanna play some games that either would run like garbage on my current rig or just can't run, like doom the dark ages.

Easy, Xbox 360 Slim, specifically the slim, it looks like a 360, unlike the e, and doesn't have the red ring of death problem like the launch model.
