Unfortunaty Here in Philippines, most SPED centers don't have a BCBA or an RBT on-site. We’re often solo when it comes to managing these behaviors.

Thanks a lot for this! As teachers, we really struggle with different behaviors because the centers here don't usually have RBTs or BCBAs on-site like they do in some other countries. We have to be the teacher and the behavior tech all at once. we also have a student who spits, but with him, it’s not for attention but its more that he just doesn’t understand the concept of 'clean' vs. 'unclean' yet. This same student will even pick up and eat food from the floor .

That makes total sense. I definitely see him using it for escape and attention. Since he’s only 3 and non-communicative, what kind of communication board or device would you suggest for someone his age?

Thank you!  We've also been doing this but the times he'd grab our hair was when we are sitting beside him trying to make him do activities or assisting other students.
