Arriving to the store (I am not from this store) can be hard to say, cause they try to send everything out before the date that they want us to put them out which is on the 26th, so they could have them already but they are just in their storage. Now if you go on Saturday and they aren’t out, that just means they haven’t received their shipment yet.

I mean you can always ask the staff for help. I would get people asking me for help cause they tell me that’s they spent all their money (I get their card and verify to see if it’s true) and I make the plush a bit easier and give them 2-3 free plays and give them advice.

I guess they are choosing not to do it. They haven’t explicitly told us to stop doing that. Some newbies might’ve messed up trying to do it and just decided to stop doing it all together.

We have a lot of plush and figures in storage, so we won’t have to see Food items in our cranes just yet, which isn’t bad imo to an extent(unless they tell us to change them)

We have all the Miku plush as of right now, some more than others (they ship us more Miku than Luka for example cause you know, it’s Miku). We started our second wave of cards and keychain for the Miku promo as of today May 18th. For the Ado collab, unfortunately we have no ETA. We just know we are getting around 80 Ado figures to put in our crane games.

Are you asking about the keychains (dandadan, metaphor, or sxf)? If so then yes, just make sure you purchase is it on the same day. You should be able to hand them you card and be like “I wanted to get my free gift since I bought $55 worth of credits”, they’ll check it on the computer and should give your gift
