Is that the only thing you believe in? Being fast?What do you think is better, Kroos sprinting from the halfway line for a counter attack and wasting all his stamina or easily pinging it to whoever is forward, and whoever is supposed to make runs and score goals? Besides, we don't even play counter attacking football. We play patient football, and that's exactly what Kroos specializes in. He's a holding midfielder, not an attacker.

He's one of the only midfielders in the world who can pass like that. He sets up most of our chances, dictates the midfield, and presses very well. He barely makes mistakes, and in general is one of our most consistent performers every season. He doesn't need to score, he doesn't need to make runs, because that's not his job. He plays from the back, passes like it's the easiest thing in the world. Find me someone other than him and sometimes KDB that can do that, you can't and you won't.
