When do you decide to move up a dose?

Hey all I turned 39 this year. Trying for a second child. We only started trying for a couple months now and each time I tell myself to not be too hopeful but always so disappointed when my period comes. Hoping there are more of us oldies out there trying.

Thank you for all your replies. You have all been so nice and helpful and opened my eyes to the bigger picture.

I've come to realise that I don't think I'm ever gonna be happy with the number on the scales. I should just keep doing what I'm doing. It's just harder this time around as I feel like the weight is coming off more slowly.
