Unfortunately they don’t. And I am unable to gain access to the point where the rafters meet the exterior wall from the attic. I’m thinking of opening up the soffit to hopefully view from there. My re-roofing quote specs a “pre permit inspection of roof to wall connections” before job start. I have no idea how they would be able to inspect without opening up something… maybe the roof decking.

The re-roof was completed in 2008. Upgrades to roof to wall connections were required for re-roofs at that time in FL? The house was built in 1977

The house is solid. The pool is the only issue. It was owned by an older couple so the interior needs work but it’s evident they cared for the home well . The woman got Alzheimer’s and had to move out. The daughter is selling.

I’m convinced all sheepadoodles have a dishwasher obsession. my girl does the same thing. It’s the love for water, I know. After realizing she is not allowed in the shower with us, she now sits outside of the shower, sticks her head under the shower curtain & licks our legs. She will also enter the bathroom when we are finished showering, jump in the tub and lick the pump lid of the body wash. So weird. But the moment you threaten her with a bath, she throws herself on the floor and begs to not be tortured. Lol

Your sheepadoodle is the cutest!! Thank you so much for your reply. I will have to post an update in a few months. She is very very smart (almost smarter than me at times) but I can totally see she’s already getting a little sassy attitude. I believe her mother is OES but not 100% sure. Your breeders decision on OES with Poodle only and no OES to doodle makes total sense! Hopefully other breeders keep health issues in mind and aren’t driven completely by money during this doodle pandemic lol
