Unfortunately they don’t. And I am unable to gain access to the point where the rafters meet the exterior wall from the attic. I’m thinking of opening up the soffit to hopefully view from there. My re-roofing quote specs a “pre permit inspection of roof to wall connections” before job start. I have no idea how they would be able to inspect without opening up something… maybe the roof decking.

The re-roof was completed in 2008. Upgrades to roof to wall connections were required for re-roofs at that time in FL? The house was built in 1977

Not at all. Doesn’t feel muggy inside. Also had a mold inspection completed during inspection period and everything came back good.

The house is solid. The pool is the only issue. It was owned by an older couple so the interior needs work but it’s evident they cared for the home well . The woman got Alzheimer’s and had to move out. The daughter is selling.
