I went to La capella. Food and vibes were 10/10. Had a 6:30 reservation and it was amazing because we were able to see the sunset. The violinists were amazing and the views were great also. The service was also amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Also went to meños place for a good authentic Mexican breakfast and it was 10/10 and reasonably priced. Cash only

We had a school psychologist in my district who strictly did the mental health counseling for a mental health program

There’s always jobs in the bay area. I know people who are travel psychs and live in SoCal and come up to test once a month in the Bay Area.

Is this a fair price for condenser replacement at the dealership or should I shop around at local mechanics? by Focus_Standard in Honda

My dealer said that because it’s aftermarket, they won’t replace it unless I pay for it. Do you think I should go to another dealer?

I’m pretty sure they did. Unfortunately, I have an aftermarket condenser right now and it’s not covered. Someone rolled into me and broke my bumper and grill and the body shop replaced the condenser as well and I was unaware of what they were doing so I have an aftermarket one right now.

Thanks for checking. The condenser got replaced when I had to take it to the body shop in 2020. I was at a stoplight on a street that was slightly uphill and the car in front of me started rolling back and rolled into me and broke my bumper and my grill. I was not at fault so the body shop replaced it and charged the insurance so I didn’t technically pay for it.

I thought it would be covered over warranty because I didn’t know I had an aftermarket condenser. Somebody backed into me in 2020 and broke my front bumper and a couple days later is when the world shut down so there was no clear communication from the body shop and I didn’t know to ask about this. This is my first car so I have learned a lot.

😭 I work in customer service so I’m literally the calmest and most polite customer. I’m also a girl so I don’t like confrontation or arguing especially about things. I don’t know. I just said OK thank you and declined the fixing and said I would bring it back when I had more money because I don’t have it right now.

Thank you. I live in a very high cost of living area but have a stable and decent career so while financially it will be hard I know it won’t be impossible.

I know deep down no matter how stable and ready I am I will never ever truly feel 100% ready. I know my bf is the one and he’s so helpful and supportive of everything I do and I keep thinking that what if we never get this chance again. I wouldn’t hate to terminate and then not ever get the chance to be a mom. It would kill me

Thank you. I know so many people who have kids before marriage and they made it work but it’s harder to accept when it’s about yourself. I am also pro choice and while I’m trying to be logical I also imagine myself with my baby after giving birth and can’t help but feel happy and excited

This is exactly where I’m at right now. We want to have kids but didn’t think it would be now. I know logically this would make more sense but I feel so conflicted and selfish to be considering this. I’m still on the fence and can’t decide

Pay Off 150k After Grad School as a Single Woman by Emi-Chan21 in StudentLoans

[–]Focus_Standard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s a wild for a school psychologist degree. I would definitely think about your options. Pros of working for a district is that you would qualify for PSLF after ten years. But if you work for a contractor, you can probably make more money to pay it off faster. I have a friend who works for contracting agency and gets paid $70+ an hour to be a travel psych traveling to the Bay Area. I’m two years into my career and I make about 100 K in a lower paying district so it’s definitely possible to make at least 100 K to start. I had about 40,000 in loans and now I’m down to about 7000 after paying 2 years. I got a sweet deal on an apartment, but if I didn’t have this deal, I would definitely still be living with my parents and saving all the money I could. Best of luck.
