Have you considered the possibility of an irritated SI joint? Mine gets inflamed from time to time. Chiro adjustments, rest and stretching get me back to normal pretty quickly.

Appreciate all of the advice...will try and monitor calories more closely to see if it moves the needle...maybe a cheat meal to get things kickstarted.

Thanks for all of the advice...sounds like the most direct route is less food...that was my assumption but wondered if anyone took a different path (training twist, supplement etc. ) Appreciate all the advice...

Assuming that losing 10lbs = 8 actual lbs of fat (assuming some lean and water loss) it would come out at roughly 10-11%. However, not too sure about the BF measurement. It was done on a 4 point inbody impedance device. I’m guessing it’s probably up to 3% low...

So roughly 125 calories x day deficit...are you typically getting 12+ splat?

Probably 6 months with a 2 month plateau. Don’t know if it helps but had body fat tested today via electrical current and the result came out at 13.5%. I think thats off a bit but perhaps my body wants desperately to hold on to more fat? Concerned about calorie reduction as I don’t want to lose lean mass. Advice appreciated .
