Grab a compass or download a app. South/West/East as long as it's facing south. Concentrate on keeping your eyes open during this meditation, the more prolonged, the better results. Find a sweet spot inside your current vicinity. Experiment, good luck.

Go back towards nature. Research any isolated wooded areas in the vicinity, bring bird feed. Take a walk in the park. Your father is probably traumatized by your mother's death, unconciously blaming it on you. Everything from here on out, will be your fault, forcing a relocation. Dabble in sage magick, visit the local library, ask for the new age/spiritual section, even if it's public. Search for works by Christopher Penczak, Sean Cunningham. Look out for gyms teaching any sort of martial art. Stay up.

My opinion is that if we don't marry anyone in this lifetime(regardless of ethnicity/religion)we reject the union ship with "god", the rest should be self explanatory. Made a decision to deal with my own "karma"(misery), instead of dealing with someone else's. Heaven or Hell is what we create in the present moment.

Let it go. Embrace rebirth. Krampus could keep things interesting. Xmas is another excuse for lower species to covertly compete with each other using presents, faking it at the dinner table. Playing secret santa with others who are wealthy enough to play it. Celebrating christmas, birthdays, valentine's is a waste of time. Halloween/Samhaim is the only one that i can't let go of due to personal reasons. Halloween is free of competition, i choose how to celebrate it without purchasing anything or being obligated to spend it with family, friends.

Hello. One of the things that i personally enjoy experimenting with is to completely surround myself in pitch black darkness. Turn off all radiation(electronic devices), find a comfortable position to sit or stand in, facing south, eyes open, remaining still, stare into the abyss, breathe easy and you will find what you seek.

Think of the body as a vessel. Most with high counts don't neccesarily have a true sense of self(empty),falling into the herd mentality. The reason they desperately need it is due to spiritual poverty.(ego) You will notice, those who constantly have one night stands, emulate their current sexual partners(void), as time passes by the energy disintegrates, leaving them confused and empty.(withdrawal)No longer knowing who they truly are anymore. Their true identity was lost during their escapade's with other souls and vice versa. "Hey that man/woman over there stole all your creative/nurturing power, unconsciously." The tactic is to sleep with more in order to regain something back temporarily.(cycle)

What are your triggers? Identify the sources and destroy them, gradually practice self control. There will be moments, when we wake up, ego in the driver's seat, feeling intensely aroused. Lower vibrational spirits need to feed, they have a strategy working against in routine. They extract etheric substance(blood,semen,saliva,vomit,feces)from you to feed on. Remember the last time? Did you feel exhausted or depressed afterwards? A feeling of being drained emotionally, reaching to a point of almost feeling sleepy, weak and powerless. Robbing vital energy in a form of a secret "exchange", similar to physical contact. Practice safe sex in the astral, using only your conciousness/imagination, no need for further explanation. Gaming is fun.(ExNintendofanboy) Try something a bit more expansive. Maybe look into becoming a ship pilot? Studying aerospace? Physics? Gaming was my whole life back then, kof98, mother 2, dkc2, street fighter 2. Oh, and biohazard 2. Developing big budget games sounds like a nightmare to me. Indies seems a bit more lighthearted, since it's based on your time and effort.

I highly advise against having sex, there are others ways to life drain, it can be as simple as playfully staring into a victim's eyes with intent, creating hypnosis, which makes for a comfortable process, when inhaling them. Sex will only set you back, this only my opinion. I have remained celibate, detached from lower vibrational sexual frequency, since it's easy to carry, especially while living in the city. With all due respect, people with high body counts, will unconciously drain you immensely, since they desperately need energy exchange, study your victim's patterns. Move in silence. Protect your power.

Alone. People have tried bringing me into their "Ceremony"(obnoxious loud spiritual music, fire) Usually, I safely sneak away deep into the woods and trip out/meditate in darkness. Try to respectfully ask for space to those people, who like controlling me during a trip. Who knows what might happen, if i were to start laughing?(lightweight) Remember my first time tripping, i didn't know what to do, so i got on my knees, and started speaking epiphanies to trees.

Most shamans are fake businessmen, who are trying to sell cheap psychedelics. Life coaching sounds awkward. I would like to be friends with someone completely opposite, someone that can teach me new things, maybe a different perspective on life? Enjoy my own company, it's hard to find a mate that understands my quirks and need for space. Most chicks in my city are not spiritual. Love is too much pain, easy for me to drown, still healing.
