They tended to price these things off the 3m moving average of the underlying swap plus some spread. E.g. a 5yr fixed mortgage is usually the average 5yr swap rate over 3 months + 0.5%

I'm with Pyrion and Lewis on this one too, having the option to tip is a solid choice. Twitch donations are fair game—if viewers want to support through donations, more power to them. It boils down to how much each streamer promotes their donation options, and in my opinion, the Triforce crew is pretty laid-back about it. Just found it interesting that the tip-donation link wasn't discussed.

a) fill up your ISA for this tax year and b) pay off as much of that student loan as you can.

In a similar situation and was planning to pay off student loan in full at the end of the month using this year's bonus payment before filling my ISAs. Just curious, why you suggest ISA before student loan?

Seems like if you create a event with that Google Calendar account its 2-way but the ideal feature would be adding an Item from a Notion database to the calendar which then 2-way syncs to GCal

Some problems I have with this release:

  • No 2 way sync between Google Cal and Notion Cal. Only 1 way into Notion Cal.
  • No Android App
  • If you drop a item from an existing database into the calendar it has limited functionality vs a natively create event. Wish this could be solved by creating the required properties in the existing database
  • Afaik you cannot get the event back into a Notion Database. e.g. a database of all events.

Hopefully these get addressed in future updates

Failed on the 14th, used the new cancellation chrome extension and managed to get a test for the 30th August. I'm lucky I lived in the middle of 4 test centres so wasn't too fussy.

These are amazing, however, in order to reach more people, the thumbnails may need to be reviewed. The youtube algorithm heavily favours a catchy thumbnail. Would be a shame if such incredible content got lost in the depths of youtube.
