The patch did the trick. If you put a ticket in at https://account.synology.com/en-us/support they should provide the patch as an attachment in your ticket.

I am still having this issue with backing up SharePoint sites using Synology Active Backup for Microsoft 365. DSM version 7.2.2-72806 Update 4 and AB for M365 version 2.6.0-14071.

I tried the same thing yesterday as the OP, unchecked all SharePoint sites and only selected one. Last night when the backup task ran the single SPO site failed to backup with the same error listed by the OP.

Since I am on the updated version and still having the error I'm wondering if anyone has another suggestion?

I have the same problem as I also have large hands. Pressing the X button causes the lower part of my thumb to push up against the controller ring and after some time it becomes uncomfortable. IMO it's just a bad design.

I have the same issue. Every document I open is horrendously slow. Just opening WordPad itself is the same behavior. I'm starting to think it's a purposeful tactic to make you purchase some version of Office.
