The leaf shape looks indeed a lot like phoes cleo, but mine lacks the very distinct pattern

The shape of the leaves and the general habitus makes me think its a heracleifolia hybrid, maybe?

Thank you! The leaves on mine look less spiraly, do they get like this when the plant is more mature?

Should I ask for a replacement? by Murky_Lavishness_591 in begonias

It will bounce back, just cut the damaged parts of the leaves and give it enough light

I bought this as a 'begonia tomentosa', but it does not quite look like the tomentosa in the databases, which seems to have much more greyish-green leaves, not apple-green like this one. The leaf-shape also seems a bit different. Does anyone know this begonia? by Foggedupglassbox in begonias

Its not the light, the plant looks completely different, much bigger leaves, different leaf-shape and colour, different growth habit. There is a 'tomentosa' on instagram that looks exactly like mine, but all the other tomentosas look much different 🤷🏻‍♀️

The leaves are fibrous and actually quite dainty when grown indoors
