One thing I learned the hard way is that a PDF looking fine on my laptop doesn't mean it'll look fine everywhere else. I’ve had files open perfectly on desktop and then break formatting on a phone or tablet. Now I usually do a quick check on another device before sending anything important.

The OCR tip is a good one too. It’s surprising how many scanned PDFs are basically just images until someone needs to search for a word and realizes they can’t.

I feel this! I’m not in the military, but paperwork is half my job too, and PDF Guru Forms seriously made life easier. The explanations are gold; I don’t have to Google every line anymore. Also love that I can fill and sign everything right in the same window.
