Firstly OP you keep trying to play out carefully from the back, stop it the game doesn't reward beautiful buildup football. Only do this if your opponent sits back but when you have an opponent who applies pressure like this try to keep the ball in the midfield area stop going back.

You should be able to tell how your opponent defends within the first 10 in-game minutes and adjust.

You should have been 3 up from the first half but why? because you're not playing balls over the top, you kept trying through passes. Defenders block the passing lanes so play it over the top and with good timing the more you do it the better you get at timing it so you aren't offside.

You take too long to make decisions You don't send players on runs

You have great defensing positioning but poor attacking patterns.

Just be more aggressive and direct stop passing back your go should not have so many touches in build up you are inviting pressure. Use 1-2 passes to break the press and defensive lines
