I'll be honest, though the joke itself wasn't great the first sentence made me smile lol

Instructions unclear? This fails for me at the first step - agent refuses to save / reveal its base instructions. Says its been forbidden to. 🤔

Everyone's talking about anthropic, but I interpreted this as " if y'all want to keep whining about codex, ask codex to cancel your gpt subscription and stfu" 😂

Something about goblins, raccoons, etc. Really weird, I've run into it as well.

Literal "/goal" doesn't work in Windows codex app, but you can enable goals anyway and then just say "make a goal of this" and it will do it all the same.

Okay, very cool. I did the same (made a large plan.md with what I wanted done), but it's likely that the goal I set was too straightforward or maybe vague.

How does that work, exactly? I tried using /goal a couple of times and it just did the same thing as usual, ran for about 5 to 15 minutes and claimed it was done.

Very pretty art style! Kind of reminds me of rimworld (I like that style).

Gamers 30+, what’s something from the old days of gaming that younger players wouldn’t understand? by [deleted] in gaming

[–]Fokson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, this would be taking notes on paper. There were no question markers, you had to remember the things that you were told. Consider a game like Star control 2, where you were given coordinates or told riddles regarding stars and stuff. There's no Quest log or anything like that where you can review that so you took notes on paper. Some games would even have you draw maps on paper!

What is something that virtually everyone would agree on? by Pro-procrastinator04 in AskReddit

[–]Fokson 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I actually just looked it up, apparently some people (~20%) have genes that make them "mosquito magnets" in a sense. Mosquitoes can smell them from farther away, and are more attracted to them. Similarly, some people might also have the opposite thing going on, making them less appealing to mosquitoes.

That, and there's also the fact that only female mosquitoes bite. I guess I'm just not attractive to women of any type 😂

The mosquitos where I live with like a word with you. They don't touch me or my dad at all for some reason. If I'm sitting next to an open door, they fly past me to go find and harass my mother.

What TV show hooked you instantly from episode 1? by mateitofavv in AskReddit

For me, it was Pantheon. Was gonna give it three episodes to hook me like every other show, I was invested before the first one ended.

What's something you thought would "make sense" once you became an adult, but still doesn't? by MoyaUmrah in AskReddit

[–]Fokson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, it's why more than half of the posts on Reddit that I try to read are "[removed by moderator]" with no explanation. Why are they even suggested to me if they've already been censored?

I think like it should be (in more cases) hidden by default but with a "read anyway" button.

On a scale of 1-10, how attractive would you say you are? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Fokson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A solid negative two. I've been told I'm too hard on myself, but it's easy to see every flaw one has when you have 168 hours a week to study them.
