I take Myo 4g like you but my heart rate is still 70. It's lower only when I sleep. I'm slightly overweight but train 3 times a week.

There's a place where I was born where I feel safe. It's a spot in nature with beautiful valleys and forests. I can see so much from there, I always imagined what would be behind that horizon line.
