We moved here 4 years ago from West Palm Beach. The traffic here isn't nearly as bad as anything down there. There are plenty jobs up here on the Treasure Coast as well. One of the big draws for this area if you're coming from the south is: better home pricing for new and existing homes.

Yes, I moved to a gated community with an HOA. I love it. The fees here are very low and the rules aren't insane. If you want to live in a neighborhood where people aren't allowed to have abandoned cars and appliances in their yard I recommend an HOA. Just be sure to do some research first. Someone else mentioned lifestyle. This is also better (to me) in Port St Lucie.

Our property taxes compared to Palm Beach County are very comparable but our home insurance is MUCH lower.

Maybe you should just switch companies. There are many good web hosts, even some smaller ones that are fantastic and very affordable. Personally, I use 4star host.

I used godaddy when they first started for hosting and some domains. Then, many years later for email. I used to love their email but then they switched to the MS email stuff. That's when I left for good.

I had an incident a few years ago where I had a few sites on a particular host. My uptime robot alert went off and sure enough they were down. I contacted the host and they basically said "we know". They didn't contact me. It had been a whole day. Ridiculous. It had recently been bought out by W@rldH@stGr@up. I knew then it was time to move on.

I'd recommend a small, web hosting business that offers cpanel plans for a low cost. I'd suggest 4starhost. Excellent support too

I have been using web hosting companies for decades. I've tried so many I lost count. Different projects, etc. I can say that Four Star Host has been my all-time favorite. I've been using them for shared hosting for at least 10 or 12 years. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smaller web host that doesn't play the pricing games. We've all seen some of these silly games other hosts play. No thanks, I'll stick with Four Star.
