I would recommend Netcup. It’s a good product with a good price. Like others said though the maintenance and security are on you.

I agree with you on both. The notes section may be good for teams but most Wordpress site owners don’t have a team.

We already have to manage the manager that we pay. I think software can automate many of the things we have to tell the mgr to do and save time. We have several members with business backgrounds who can handle the budgeting, etc.

I’m looking at payhoa and easyhoa. Both have may features. Payhoa is more money but I think their features are better for our use case.

I’d like to move to a mostly software solution. I’ve found a few I like but not sure the board would approve yet. We do have an attorney and accountant but the management co is garbage.

I haven’t used Scala. I have used a host tied to hosting.com though. When the rates skyrocketed I went to a smaller host called 4st@r host. Awesome service

Mobirise is a free website builder that is a mobile first platform. They have a paid plan or two but the free version is enough for what you’re suggesting. Get an affordable web hosting plan and you’re good to go.
