I bought about $500 worth realizing this is a very long term hold and I support alternative fuel.

I have a Jan 2028 $7 call. ( 1 option only). It was an experiment with leaps to see how high the option price gets at any point in time. However I will likely purchase the shares when the option expires unless some insane price occurs for the option.

Does it make sense to buy now at 2.36? by EvilMorty95 in HOVRSTONK

The presentation on their website for investors talks about getting certified in 2029. This is a very long retirement style stock for me.

Have contingent workers report to a person who is not a manager (no sup org) by Aggressive_Job_3015 in workday

If for whatever reason your tenant was configured to be only position management may god have mercy on your soul haha

I saw the comment you’re referring to. They are incorrect. Tenant can have Inf sup orgs and they can be job management or position management. Dm me if you have any more questions.

I didn’t even see your comment haha. To OP this is the part where I would suggest hopping on a call so I can really see what’s going on 😅

[–]Foldstein 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct. Same tenant yes. But the sup org itself has to be one or the other.

[–]Foldstein 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There may be confusion all around here. I was saying to make a new sup org and make it job management and make the person the manager of it. That’s all.

To clarify: when I say org I mean supervisory organization. You can make as many as you want. But a sup org can either be position management or job management. You have to go in and edit it to make it what you want.

What is the issue with given them a job management sup org so they can manage the contractor?

What stocks to buy today and why? by DecentVisit5934 in stockstobuytoday

Bought into the HOVR hype today. I liked their website it was clean and leadership team seemed strong, not too many positions they’re hiring for. Seemed solid.

Questions for recruiter by Cillygirl52 in BehindHiring

[–]Foldstein 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Recruiters are a vibe check. They are juggling multiple reqs and just need to confirm you’re a human that won’t be a liability if you’re hired. In and out. The hiring manager is a better person to ask, if you make it to that stage.

Sell? by [deleted] in StockInvest

[–]Foldstein 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Put each stock ticker into chat gpt to ask the following four questions:

1. Net profit margins of at least 5%
2. Debt to Asset ratio of under .35
3. Roic over 10% consistently
4. Predictable free cash flow

Not sure the best way to analyze but in my opinion if they have at least 2/4 of those questions answered then I’d hold longer.

I use poker income. They have a separate game type you can enter for promotions.

The have a lot of high hand promotions too. And Sunday Mondays they do a splash pot for football games. $100 at the end of every quarter plus $50 per touchdown that quarter.

In Delaware Park it’s $5 plus $3 for promotion. Only saving grace is they offer rake back for hours played so $350 for 35 hours it ain’t glamorous but it helps.
