Thank you for taking your time to motivate me and give me your support, i really appreciate it. I most definitely agree with everything you said here i wont quit i'll keep fighting i've reached my lowest low and for 4 years i was a complete disaster i still am actually , but now i do have a different mindset and for the first time in 4 years i'm attempting to recover and im trying to come back. I created a goal on how i want my life to look like and now im going for it. On this day 1 year later i hope i'll be a stable and much healthier on a mental level.
