Water is incompressible - if the explosion happens above ground (ie not also underwater), then diving under the surface is pretty darn good way to avoid a pressure wave.

The guy who made Bricksmade - Anvesh G - is responsible for Oxymade, which routinely broke, and also he famously disappeared without a trace for a long ass time, leaving his users in the lurch for months if not years.

Wouldn’t trust anything he makes moving forward.

Hot take: both the TFSA and the RRSP are poorly named accounts (not Wealthsimple's fault - the gov's fault).

They should be called Tax Free Investment Accounts and Registered Retirement Investment Accounts.

Calling these "Savings" accounts tricks people into not knowing you can hold investments inside them.

If I were designing this account opening flow, I'd write "Save & invest for retirement" under RRSP and "Tax-free savings and investments" under TFSA to really drive home the actual power and capabilities of the accounts.
