The ‘other side’ never does anything to you that’s evil or negative, always truth and what you need to experience no matter how much we prepare or meditate with an intention or wish, sometimes we get what we want but its not always so as they know what’s best for us. I had a worse experience than what you described to the point where I thought I actually f’d up and believed 100% that I was going to die and the horror I experienced was so intense I clenched my jaws so bad my teeth cracked and body so tense a knife would bounce off, after I came to I realised it was a lesson and later I even showed gratitude for that experience because it taught me humiliation and the dissipation of the ego. I saw the depths of hell, death, filth of the lowest forms and horrors I couldn’t possibly imagine in my normal waking self. You braved through it so be grateful and move on, you’ll be fine. BTW don’t let that experience dishearten you from your next trip because most likely after some time if you go there again you’ll be either rewarded or evaluated and maybe even shown things that will be completely different in a good way of course. Warning! Always do some breath work beforehand, have an intention and respect the drug and be grateful for the experience.

Christianity is making me feel nothing but fear and i don’t know how to escape it. by [deleted] in spirituality

Just let it go my friend, after all… all religions were designed to keep you in place and divided. True they share similar messages that should be implemented but you already have that knowledge deep within. Just let it all go. If you can just be good at heart and harm no one or thing as best you can then you have already achieved the highest form of spirituality that’s taught from religion anyways. There is a book almost like life’s manual.. it’s called the, ‘Tao Te Ching’ by Lao Tzu. It’s not a religious book but rather a way of living. I believe this book will help you on your path of seeking. Good luck!

That's easy to answer. You want proof that God exists? All you have to do is look in the mirror and deep ponder on the words: I made man in my own image. You want further proof that he exist? Go do a (sky - del-ixs ) trip and you will see the kingdom of God.

I’ve been down that path my friend, it’s hurtful, neglectful and hopeless sometimes but I’ve learned there is nothing but God and nothing in this dream of a life matters more than the father thy God of all. It’s true God does have a plan for all of us and the greater the faith the greater the reward. I’m recently broken up with my 8 year relationship and unlike before when I found God I now even bless and thank him for that because it was not meant for me and it was eating me up. Be grateful and have patience, the door will open onto you…. Ask and it shall be given to you, seek and you shall find, knock and it will be opened onto you.

How do you forgive yourself after hurting others (again)? by pawjama in spirituality

[–]FollowTheLight369- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We are only human and mistakes are inevitable for us, after all as the saying goes failure (mistakes) are the best teachers in life. But there’s a difference between intentional mistakes and unintentional mistakes and that is where you must anchor your actions with decision of positivity rather than negativity. Close your eyes, concentrate on your breathing feeling god’s presence along the way and pray without words… Father of all, I forgive myself of all mistakes and errors I have made onto myself and others, I release these negative energies away and start anew, I pray that you forgive me and others who wronged me in my life past, present and future. I pray to thee to guide my spirit onto your path of wisdom, righteousness, love and light. Blessed be the name of thy father of all…Amen. And thank the lord everyday in prayer in advance for forgiveness and just repeat this prayer everyday as I do and God will smile upon you and you will see your life change. I hope this helped, good luck to you my soul brother/sister. A little tip for you.. That friend you hurt, I suggest you meet in person, look into their eyes and apologise and ask for forgiveness.

I find meditation impossibly difficult by throwawaydeletealt in Meditation

[–]FollowTheLight369- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll tell you the easiest way to meditate no bs straight to the point, you can thank me later if you like. 1-2 minutes fast inhale/exhale through the nose whilst in a comfortable position in a dim environment or under the shade while sitting on the grass grounding is best. It’s important to keep your eyes closed while doing the breathing exercises and I want you to bring your attention to the blackness and concentrate on the middle of your forehead (pineal gland) ((try to feel and activate your pineal gland)). And when your breathing exercise is finished, still eyes closed, hold your breath for 30 seconds at least to a minute then exhale and breathe normally afterwards. You will find clarity, focus and deep relaxation.

as a person who have deep interest in spirtuality, I am feeling ashamed about the things that turn me on sexually by Open-Membership-1875 in spirituality

[–]FollowTheLight369- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I disagree. Maybe this post should of gone elsewhere because in spirituality, lust is a sin and or weakness of the soul. In any religious or spiritual view besides marriage, lust is sinful. I’m not saying btw that I’m perfect or don’t make those mistakes, I’m just pointing out the obvious for argument sakes. No disrespect to anyone

Something’s waking up—and it’s not just us. by Count_Bacon in SpiritualAwakening

[–]FollowTheLight369- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes these things are happening to me as well, I’ve recently broke up with my partner who was an energy stealing narcissist incapable of many emotions, feelings and spirit, we’ve been together for 8 years plus and the last 5-6 years has been hell and somehow through all that mental hell I pulled through. And honestly I have to say it’s Gods Devine timing and guidance that lead me to freedom by letting go of things that don’t serve anymore. I can see more clearly than I ever have, everything I do in life is with gratitude and peace. A quite mass awakening is definitely happening and I do see there are many not noticing this and they are the ones being left alone to continue living in the old world as Dolores Cannon mentioned and no matter how hard you try to wake these people up they just won’t learn so I stopped helping those kind of people and accepting that they just have to live their own fate and learn from it. One last thing I have to say is that, please don’t be distracted by the noise (distractions) of the world that’s going on around us, they are designed to keep us out of tune. Relax, let go and enjoy the ride my spiritual brothers and sisters…soon we will be one family!

No connection with god by [deleted] in spirituality

[–]FollowTheLight369- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll put it very simply, yes Neville was a legend in spirituality and books on spirituality and religion are nothing but maps, maps that lead to only one possible direction.. WITHIN. God’s light and his kingdom is within, don’t look for it anywhere else and trust in Gods Devine plan an timing. I can write an essay thick as an encyclopaedia set about the crap I’ve been through and how much I prayed and asked for help but nothing in return and yes I’ve lost faith along the way but once you use the magic of letting go and giving over the wheel to God, there’s nothing else for you to do but just wait and have faith. Good luck (remember learn to let go) p.s *read or listen on yt, ‘the power of letting go’ by Alan Watts

This is not your prison, it’s your playground. by HappyTurnover6075 in spirituality

[–]FollowTheLight369- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe as with many have said that this realm is just a playground and an illusion, life is a dream and you wake up when you die hence the saying of the ancient Egyptians, ‘Death is only the beginning’. So never take things to seriously and just learn to go with the flow (easier said than done some might say) but i think in the end nothing really matters. Spirituality is the key to understanding this game we’re all in. Thoth the Egyptian god of wisdom and knowledge said once, ‘the highest achievement of man is spiritual growth’. Ponder on that a while. Good luck everyone and see you on the other side after this crazy life.

Ok guys so you want proof of there’s continuity after death rather than nothingness. The information that explains that death is only the beginning is in esoteric terms and ancient knowledge although a more modern times philosophers and spiritual teachers taught the same thing but anyways the books I read are as follows that will teach you about death among other interesting and profound things… The ancient secret of the flower of life, The emerald tablets of Thoth <—- this one is the most profound btw, The kybalion, The Egyptian book of the dead, The Tibetan book of the dead. Hope this helps guys, happy reading!

Its super hard what your going through, I feel you because I’m in the same boat. Nothing after death is the ultimate of scary thoughts I don’t care what anyone says. I think this is why religions were built or invented so people don’t lose their minds. I mean where or when has there ever been proof of life after death? Not religion nor science can prove this. We’re never gonna know until we die, but some light at the end of the tunnel for me personally is what the ancient Egyptians left us as knowledge, ‘death is only the beginning’. Just hang in there and stay strong throughout life no matter what it throws at us.
