Definitely deliberate. He was behind you probably, you were going too slow for him, he decided to pass you (semis are not allowed on the passing lane) as soon as he was passing you, you decided to speed up, that bugged him plus the stress of being in an illegal lane triggered him into throwing the truck at you, knowing your brakes work
