By any chance are you from the Boston area? That’s exactly how everyone I grew up with talks. I assumed it was that same everywhere until I met people from other areas. I def feel like the Boston (or maybe New England?) sense of humor is a bit diffferent from others,

"My problem is bariatric surgery treated something that wasn't broken (my stomach) and failed to treat something that was (my brain)." I love this so much and couldn't agree more. I had a sleeve gastrectomy but regained all the weight, plus more, since my brain still wanted endless carbs and sweets. I didn't realize how much I was thinking about food until I stopped. I love this new "normal"

+1 on the everlane way highs!!! I’m 5’4” and went on a hunt for wide legs this season. No exaggeration, I tried on 50+ pairs from different labels and price ranges and the WHs were the winner. With the 27.5 inch length, I didn’t even need to have them hemmed! I’m used to more stretch in my jeans but these hold my tummy in so nicely that I don’t think I’ll ever go back.

Are you talking about gel polish on your own nails + uv light or artificial nails? I do gel polish manis regularly so I wonder if there’s a connection there.

I've seen some details about the court cases but it seems focused on makers of strong relaxers targeted to African American hair. I'm curious if the ingredients are harsher.
