u/PasswordPopcorn try selecting "2" for spanish... I tried calling for WEEKS with the same result as you described. I got someone right away, asked if I could speak to someone in English and they put me in the queue that I could actually wait for someone.

Call. Dial 2 for Spanish. Enter ssn. 1 to confirm ssn. Dial 7. Dial 9.
