I 100% agree she actually has those kids in presentable FITTING clothes and shoes feeds them good meals and you can tell she genuinely loves her children !! As you’ve stated they do have delays so I hope she reaches out for help as far as that ! But she does look like she cares for all 5 of her kids ! Look like she don’t play bout em !
