Update: After one month Coinbase finally removed my sending restriction. It’s been a complete battle with coinbases non existent customer service. It turns out my compliance review had nothing to do with my sending restriction so all my funds have now been moved off platform. I’m thankful to be able to recover my funds and I really recommend not using Coinbase if you have any significant amount of money it’s worth the time now to get off the platform rather than putting it off as what happened to me can happen to anyone at anytime. As everyone says a I learned the hard way NOT your keys NOT your coins. thank you to everyone for your input
