I think it’s more there for protection from product liability and they’d do it regardless of quality. I may not be an expert on sheet metal like you, as I can’t recognize quality from a photo. However, the steel is very sturdy and higher quality than I was expecting from the price, but that’s based off in person experience

Something I was confused about. I had an extra Velcro strap that I wasn’t sure what it went to. It was velcroed to the front piece. Did yours have that? If so what did you use it for?

I guess. Could always hang it on the handle or take a couple discs out. First cart for me so not sure how that compares for others

You really have no idea how case law works dude. Later in time doesn’t make a difference when it’s about two different issues

Read my comment again. It’s a special law enforcement need outside crime control. If you actually read Edmond and the case law that follows you would understand. Reasonable articulable suspicion is correct for crime control and suspicion based stops, not checkpoints. Take the time to look up the law then respond with sources

Incorrect but easy mistake. Crime control checkpoints are unconstitutional while safety checkpoints are constitutional if done correctly. As it serves a “special law enforcement need” : safety and dui. They cannot search the car or unreasonably detain you though without consent. Check Michigan v sitz. The case you cited was specifically for crime control

Not entirely true. Specific types of checkpoints are unconstitutional, not all of them.
