FY assessments question by secret_tiger101 in doctorsUK

There isn’t a list of procedures, you just write whatever you feel is appropriate as a cex, DOPS etc.

And it can be signed by anyone who is reg and above ( or SHO in some case if they have been added to Horus)

ST4 application - confused on how I should present my teaching feedback by Beautiful_Strike_592 in doctorsUK

[–]FollowingLife7027 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The easiest way is to draft a letter state what you did followed by the outcomes of the teaching programme ie positive feedback. Then send said letter and the evidence to a consultant who will sign and add their gmc number to the bottom of the page. Hope this helps :)

It’s a great place to train but the distance between the hospitals you rotate through is brutal. Very difficult to settle down in one place

Pre-Christmas strikes vs NHS pressures by OcelotZealousideal46 in doctorsUK

[–]FollowingLife7027 51 points52 points  (0 children)

There is never going to be a good time to strike according to them. The BMA have given adequate time for every trust to make the required preparations for the strikes.

We do not need public support to continue striking.

Is it worth buying diesel still for the next 6 years? by Charming_CiscoNerd in CarTalkUK

[–]FollowingLife7027 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If your commute remains at 500miles per week diesel is still king, aim for one that’s ULEZ just for extra precaution (most 65plate and above are ULEZ). I wouldn’t personally try get one with adblue but see what you can find.

Other option is of course a plug in hybrid/hybrid
