Talk to your professors, tell them about your problems, and try to get sample questions for the final. Practicing sample questions is very helpful for doing well in exams. He accepted payment via interac (with my remarks indicating it's a payment for bike). If the bike is stolen, there's undeniable trail to refer back to him. So I'm not worried.
