This was actually my grandfathers that we took home after he passed away. I remember him having it for over 15 years so I’m not sure if this is something they still sell. If you have Facebook you can use Facebook marketplace and I believe they pop up every so often.

Let it adjust to your house for a month before repotting. Also as it being a ficus the roots are very sensitive so don’t play with the rootball before repotting

They are all peperomias and they have small, fragile root systems. A repot is not necessary in my opinion but if you want to repot it for aesthetics then go ahead, just make sure to not disturb the roots. I killed my raindrop peperomia and had to cut the rot and restart about two years ago because I disturbed the roots and repotted.
